We’re a small church, and we’d like you to trust us with your details the same way you’d trust us with a conversation over coffee. This page explains, in plain words, what this website collects, why, who can see it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect
If you join our email list on the Connect page, we keep your first name and email address, the date you signed up, and the internet (IP) address your sign-up came from. The form also sends a copy of your name and email to Pastor Noah so he knows you’ve joined.
If you email us, we have whatever you choose to write, like any email.
When you visit the site, we count visits in a simple way (which pages are read, roughly where visitors are, and what kind of device they use) so we can tell whether the site is helping people. Like every website, the server also keeps short-term technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure. These visit counts come from the server itself and don’t use cookies or advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
Only to stay in touch: to send you news about gatherings and life at New Life Fellowship, and to answer you when you write. We don’t use it for anything else.
Who can see it
- Pastor Noah and the people who look after this website.
- The company that hosts the website, which stores it on its servers in order to run the site for us.
- Our church email is provided by Google, so sign-up notifications and emails you send us are stored there.
We never sell, rent or swap your details, and we don’t share them with anyone for marketing.
No advertising tracking
There are no advertising trackers, Facebook pixels or Google Analytics on this site, and we don’t follow you around the web.
Giving
Online gifts are made through Central District Conference’s PayPal page, so this website never sees your card or bank details. PayPal and the conference handle those under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up for as long as you’d like to hear from us. If you ask to leave the list, we delete your details. Otherwise we keep it until you unsubscribe.
Seeing, changing or deleting your details
Just ask. Email Pastor Noah at noah@newlifewayne.com and say what you’d like: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or to be removed completely. We’ll take care of it and let you know when it’s done.
If we ever change how we use your details, we’ll update this page first.
